While Apple is busy suing competitors, India, the world's largest mobile market has launched its own Android powered tablet. The tablet is launched by Beetel Teletech, a Bharti Enterprises  company.

The tablet is named magic, has a 7-inch TFT touchscreen and runs on 1Ghz Snapdragon processor. It comes with 2MP front and rear camera.The tablet is not using the Android developed specifically for tablets -- Honeycomb. The reason is Honeycomb is not optimized for 7inch devices and IceCream Sandwich is yet to be released.

Android-powered magiq has 8GB (expandable to 16GB) of storage capacity and it available for only INR 9,999.

The company has said that it will be releasing better versions of the tablet in the future.
