Katonda has published a list of top 9 bugs and blunders of the last few weeks. In that list Apple and Microsoft seems to lead the world of bugs by delivering some of the most lethal bugs.
Microsoft IE lead to alleged Chinese crackers break-into Google accounts. iTunes' unknown (as don't expect Apple to explain what happened) security flaw led to breakers charging credit cards of iTunes customers. Apple's iPhone Antenna is turning out to be the biggest hardware blunder of the history (they talk in terms of history only, thus I just want to maintain their standard).
Facebook considers privacy a risk to their business. It's hard to find bugs in Facebook which may reveal users data to other parties. The chances are: it's not a bug, its a feature!
