Android tablets are becoming a rage. Traditional PC giants such as Lenovo and Dell are now getting serious about Android tablets. With HP's WebOS in limbo, Android is the clear market leader.

Lenovo, the Chinese PC giant, is now planning to release a 10.1 inch Android tablet by the end of the year. According to reports the tablet will run on Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich.
Major companies were presumably waiting for Google to release Android 4.0 to plan their tablet releases. The stronger Android gets on tablets, the harder it will be for Microsoft to compete on tablet platform as the company is working on its own Windows 8 tablet platform.
Engadget reports that the Lenovo tablet may have NVIDIA's Tegra 3 T33 and whooping 2GB of DDR3 RAM.
