Speech Processing Solutions has announced the launch of the Philips Dictation Recorder for Android. The new mobile app also fully integrates with Philips SpeechExec professional dictation workflow software.

It's a professional grade app where voice recordings can be securely sent via email or FTP to a central server where others can access and finalize the document. After recordings are transcribed, the document can be automatically sent back to the Android for review.

In addition the app includes audio file filtering and the ability to attach photos to voice recording. And users can encrypt and store voice files directly in the application for later editing or transcription.

The newly updated Philips SpeechExec Dictation Hub lets users send dictation files from mobile phones to central locations. Users can also edit and transfer files into their SpeechExec dictation workflow system.

It's at the Google Playstore for free and can be downloaded in several languages, including English, German, Dutch, French and Spanish.
