Ubuntu Tweak is a open-source teaking tool for Ubuntu that allows you to customize your Ubuntu desktop the way you like. Apart from regular tweaks, the updated version Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.0 comes with a native app store.

The store, though not and alternative of Ubuntu Software Center, displays the most popular apps in several categories. Users can also install an app that is not present in the sources(line Google Chrome, Google Earth etc) by adding a PPA from right within Ubuntu Tweak.

You can download the latest version from here.
