I love my Nexus 7, just wish it had more space as my 16GB is full after I downloaded 5-6 HD games which consume around 2GB each. If there was a 64GB model I would have bought that one, alas 16GB was the most I could get at that time. Now, the rumors have it that there may exist a 32GB Nexus 7. According to Droid-Life 'Carephone Warehouse’s internal systems revealed the possibility of a 32GB Nexus 7'.

Carephone Warehouse's internal system shows 32GB model of Nexus 7 for modest $260. As Droid-Life also noticed that the pricing of the device is inaccurate as the 8GB model is being sold for $245 whereas Google is selling it for 199. The site says that shipment is expected to arrive this month.

Is 16GB Enough?
These tablets no more thin clients to access the cloud based content, users store HD movies, thousands of songs and play high-definition games. Each such game lile Mass Effect takes upto 2-3GB space and once you install 5 games you run out of space.

Android devices are fast becoming a popular gaming console and 16GB is not enough, 8GB is like a Floppy Drive. I think 32GB should become the minimum stogare capacity. I think Android tablets should take the lead and start offering 64-128GB as standard storage space.

What do you think?
