Ebook Managent Application Calibre has been updated to version 0.8.69 and this version comes with better support for Mathematical formulas and custom themes. Users will have the ability to create their own themes (visual styles) and read ebooks according their choice.

Calibre supports all popular ebook formats like EPUB, MOBI, PDF etc and also can download metadata and updates from popular ebook sites. You can also manage your library using Calibre and it comes handy if you have a lot of ebooks to manage.

Ubuntu Software Center features older version of Calibre. To install the new version, you will need to add a PPA:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:n-muench/calibre
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install calibre
