After long delays, OpenSuse 12.2 is finally getting released next month. A new release candidate of openSuse 12.2 has been released and the stable version of the distro will release on 5th September this year.

The new openSuse comes with the following features:

  • Linux kernel 3.4 that boost speeds
  • GRUB2 bootloader
  • Gnome 3.4
  • Xfce 4.10
  • KDE 4.8
  • LibreOffice 3.5

and a hell lot of other features. Special attention has been given in performance and stability in this release.
