Ubuntu App Showdown is an workshop cum competition for developers to create apps on Ubuntu platform and make it reach a great market through the software center. 3 weeks of workshops and video tutorials were completed last months (via Google+ hangouts) and over 100 apps were made during this period. A judges panel decided best apps and exciting prizes were given to the winners. Now its time for you to vote and decide your favorite app.
The poll is available here and open for two weeks, till 29th of August. App authors can publicize their app during this period and also make changes to it. Users need to install their favorite apps from the PPA and decide their favorite one for voting.
To get a list of apps, click here. Winners will get a Nokia N9 smartphone as a prize.
