The openSUSE team has released the second and final release candidate for opensuse 12.2. The final stable release is due mid September and this release mostly includes some major and minor bug fixes and a few application updates.

One of the major changes includes non inclusion of books and manuals in the DVD to save space. There are some updates in major areas of the system like systemd, udev, kernel firmware fixes, PCI updates and GRUB2 fixes. Some other applications like LibreOffice, mysql and YAST have been updated.
