VIA Technologies have released ROM, bootloader and kernel of their single board computer, APC (Android PC), for public download. This board is similar to Raspberry Pi and features a powerful VIA 800 MHz processor, 512 mB of RAM and 2GB NAND Flash storage. It supports 2D/3D graphics up to 720p resolution and is about half the size of standard mini-ITX board.

Orders for APC are currently closed, but hopefully, will begin in a few days.

Quote from the announcement:

We are pleased to announce that the APC ROM, kernel and bootloader are now available for download at http://apc.io/library. Our efforts are focused on creating the most stable and user friendly Android experience for APC and with this release we are aiming to provide developers with the tools you need to begin creating new and exciting apps for our Android environment. At the same time we understand the desire and passion that exists from the hacker and developer communities and we want to allow you the freedom to experiment with installing other distributions to match your needs.

APC runs on Android Gingerbread. You can download the ROM, bootloader and kernel from here.
