Ubuntu developer, Michael Hall, has written a Wordpress plugin that allows you to integrate your self hosted Wordpress blog in Unity and HUD.

For the time being, the script is in version 0.1 and under heavy development. You can grab the plugin from here.

Wordpress integration for Ubuntu Web Apps is available, but thats just for Wordpress.com blogs, not self hosted ones. To integrate your self hosted blogs in Unity, you need to copy ubuntuwebapps.php file from the plugin to wp-content/plugins/ folder in your wordpress installation. After which, if you visit your blog, you will get a notification to add your blog as a web app. You can currently manage pages using HUD as shown in the above screenshot.
