Kubuntu developer, Jonathan Thomas, blogged about the release of Moun Suite 1.4. Some of the major improvements in this release includes enhancements in Moun Discover, update manager and a bug fix in language support.
Moun Discover QML has been redesigned and users will now be able to find and discover better software using it.
Now, the Discover tool can also be used with the Plasma Search-And-Launch, thus featuring tight integration with KDE desktop. The Moun Update manager now includes a version column and better changelog management. Updates are now sorted alphabetically and the whole software center is keyboard navigable.
Moun Suite is a graphical package manager that has been specially developed for the KDE desktop. It is built using Qt and available for all Debian based distros. It ships with Kubuntu by defualt. You can add the current release from this PPA.
