Apple just doesn't know how to handle competition. The company is now seeking an injunction on Samsung's Galaxy S III in the United States. Apple's has the same childish complain - identical looks of the international version of the GS3.
Apple also has issues with Samsung's S Voice app which the iPad maker believes infringes upon its technologies. Apple also has issues with how tapping on a number opens the dialer app. Samsung Galaxy S 3 is a superior device to the iPhone and Apple clearly knows that they can't compete with Android players on the grounds of software and hardware innovation.
Apple has already filed complaints against HTC One X and delayed its launch. With the attack on Samsung, Apple is bargaining for some delay in the launch of the US edition of these devices. It's sad to see that Apple has resorted to fight the competition in courts instead of the market. Apple's smartphone and iPad market is shrinking and Apple can use its huge pile of cash to exhaust Android player. So far Apple has failed at doing so. The Android market is growing at an unprecedented rate.
