Windows phones have started to show fragmentation, especially Nokia phones, even before the platform could have had a decent market-share.

The most popular game Angry Birds joins those apps which won't run on Windows Phones such as Lumia 610. I still remember Elop's statement where he said, "We don’t want fragmentation being introduced into Windows Phone because we are beginning to see how in a certain other eco-system that fragmentation becomes a problem."

Now, his own platform/devices are fragmented.
