We have already received second iteration of the Nexus 7 and now its turn for Nexus 10 to show up. Samsung manufactured the current Nexus 10, but it seems Asus has taken over as the maker of the next version of Nexus 10.
In a recent tweet from @Rage06, he confirms that their system shows, the Nexus 10 will be manufactured by ASUS and not Samsung. The tweet was retweeted by well-known leaker @evleaks, with the addition of “seems legit” to the tweet. Rage06 or Ray, the perpetrator of the tweet, most probably works at Curry’s PC World in the UK and as such was privy to their system that had this juicy morsel of rumour worthy information. The Asus Nexus 10 is listed at £349.

The information within their systems confirms ASUS as the new manufacturer of the new Nexus 10 tablet and not Samsung. The leak is in stark contrast to the statement by Sundar Pichai, who went on to say to the press, just after the release of the Nexus 7 that Samsung would be the next manufacturer of the next Nexus device. Though Russel Holly from Geek.com reports that he had news from multiple sources claiming that ASUS would be the next manufacturer of the highly anticipated Nexus device. There is still 2 months left for its release and maybe Google will clear away the doubt before that date arrives.
