LG Optimus G2, the successor to the LG Optimus G phone is set to release sometime in the near future. It is supposed to be the flagship product from LG that is to compete directly against Samsung S4. Also, this is the only phone from LG that Is supposed to have Full HD display integrated in to a device. The only other device to sport the Full HD is the LG Optimus G Pro, but with its 5.5 inch screen it is more of a rival to Samsung’s Galaxy Note in the Phablet segment.
In two leaked pictures, along with some specification leaks, the phone is showed to feature a button-less design, along with a 5.2 inch FullHD screen. Though the decision for LG to go with such a big screen in the presence of LG Optimus G Pro is still in the shadows. The phone will have a 13 Mega Pixel camera mounted on the back, and from the other leaked picture it seems to be coming with a single LED and + & – buttons on the rear. The extra buttons might be related to the camera this time around along with the volume. As for the innards, the phone will feature a Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, 2 GB RAM and a high-end graphics processor. Quite a lot of juice it seems!
